35L / 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 - PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade Kit

Upgrade your Gen 4.0 Brewzilla with this PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade kit!

This upgrade kit suits 35L BrewZilla Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla.

Included (depending on 35L or 65L version):

• 1 x Brewzilla Sight Glass PPSU Tube - 48cm for 35l / 52cm for 65L (ID13mm x OD15mm)
  1 x Brewzilla Sight Glass Stainless Steel Connection Kit (Ball valve & Elbow)
  1 x BrewZilla - PPSU Sight Glass Graduation Sticker 35L / 65L 

You will need (not included):

• tools to cut the PPSU tubing (the piece in each kit is around 2cm too long). We don't cut it exactly to allow for small variations between units. Its best to measure on your unit and cut exactly.
• PTFE tape or thread lock

This upgrade is carried out at your own risk - please make sure you are happy to do what is shown in the video.

Please note you will need to re-use the Female x 1/2" Female Camlock on your recirculation arm with this kit. Do not dispose of it prematurely!
You will also need plumbers / teflon / PTFE tape or food grade loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting.

A note about the upgrade from a Gen3 / Gen3.1.1 version. Its possible to use this kit to upgrade a Gen3 or 3.1.1 Brewzilla but due to the bracket placement (much lower on the Gen 3 / 3.1.1) the resulting conversion might leak (as the top fitting isn't held in place by anything). If you can secure the top fitting to the PPSU tubing (so it won't just pull off) then it would work OK - but we don't recommend it...
