Crosby Hops™ Centennial CGX® Pellets 2025

We're proud to have partnered with Crosby Hops and Loughran Brewers Select to bring world class hops to homebrewers in the UK.

These hops are used by the likes of Verdant, Deya, Sierra Nevada and Russian River breweries.

They are aren't available anywhere else in the UK in homebrew quantities.

Available in CGX™ Cryogenic Lupulin Pellets with twice the potency of T-90 pellets.

With roughly half of the hop cone removed, some of the natural hop cone character is lost, however a concentration of hop oils results allowing more intense flavour expression and increased beer yields. 

We recommend replacing between 25-50% of the T90s in a dry hop with half the weight of CGX pellets.

Available in 25g and 50g packs - we recommend using all the CGX pellets in a short amount of time (ideally in 1 beer). Due to their high content of oils and volatiles they will lose freshness and potency quickly when not packaged cold and in a nitrogen atmosphere.

Now available in CGX™ Cryogenic Lupulin Pellets with twice the potency of T-90 pellets and reduced vegetal matter to bring more efficiency to your brew. This aroma variety, for which Brewer's Gold provided three-quarters of the genetics, was released in 1990 and is one of the most popular hops in U.S. craft brewing. Centennial is often referred to as “Super Cascade” as it boasts even greater bittering potential than that famous hop, even though its citrus kick is slightly more subdued.
