The hop bong makes it easy to achieve Oxidation free dry hopping for susceptible beer styles such as NEIPAs.

You may want to add an extra carbonation cap or 2 (for connecting to the ports on the collection vessel) This can be useful for rousing yeast or dry hops with CO2.
