Hazy Pale V1

This is a simple hazy pale ale. Its not overly hopped or complex but gives a very sessionable fruity, hazy beer which is easy to brew. The malt bill is kept simple with the basics of many a good hazy beer – extra pale malt, oats and wheat malt. The Pomona yeast has high attenuation so the beer ends up quite dry without too much sweetness.
